Welcome to the journal

This is the first entry in a journal we have been meaning to start for a long time. It is not a newsletter and it is not a brochure. It is somewhere to put the things that do not fit anywhere else on the site.

What will be here

News from both studios — when something changes, when the hours move for a public holiday, when a room is finished. Notes on how we work and why we make the choices we do. Occasionally, something about the city.

What will not be here is advice. If you have a question about your own care, the answer should come from a clinician who has met you, in a room, with your history in front of them — not from a page on the internet that was written for everybody and therefore for nobody.
